TarotAI offers AI tarot readings on the Web and, for Japanese users, a LINE Official Account for relationship chat. This page explains what information we handle and how.
We may collect: your tarot question, optional profile (gender/age/zodiac), drawn cards, and the AI reading; your email and name if you sign in with Google; your LINE display name and chat history if you add our LINE Official Account; your name, email, and message when you contact us; access logs (IP, browser info).
To generate readings and chat replies, personalize them based on your past readings, improve the service, respond to inquiries, prevent abuse, and measure ad effectiveness. We do not sell your data.
To generate readings and replies, we send your inputs to AI services (OpenAI / Google Gemini). They follow their own privacy policies.
We use anonymous analytics and advertising tools from Google and Meta. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may stop working.
We may include Amazon and A8.net affiliate links when recommending books or shows. Recommendations are chosen by relevance, not by commission.
Google-signed-in users can delete their account from the profile page. For LINE-linked data, please contact us with your LINE display name.
